What personal data I process

Through the contact form I process:

First name and surname - to address and identify you
E-mail address - so that I can reply to you
Phone number - optional, for a possible call
Company name - optional, for context of the enquiry
Content of the message and selected topics - what you write to me yourself

The site also processes the technical data described in the section Cookies and measurement.

Purpose of processing

Replying to your question or enquiry from the contact form
Follow-up communication regarding possible cooperation
Steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract, if cooperation begins
Measuring traffic and advertising effectiveness - only with your consent
Improving the usability of the site based on a recording of on-page behavior - only with your consent

Legal basis for processing

Consent - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. For data from the contact form and for analytics and marketing cookies.
Performance of a contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If cooperation is established.
Legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. For securing the operation and security of the site.

Retention period

I keep data from the contact form for 3 years from the moment it is provided, or until consent is withdrawn - whichever comes first.
If cooperation is established, for the duration of the contract and then according to statutory periods (in particular accounting and tax rules).
Analytics data according to the Google Analytics settings, for a maximum of 14 months.
Session recordings in Microsoft Clarity for a maximum of 13 months, after which Microsoft deletes them automatically.

Recipients of personal data

I may pass the data on to these categories of processors:

EmailJS - delivery of the message from the contact form
Google Ireland Ltd. - Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, only when consent is given
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. - Microsoft Clarity, only when consent to analytics cookies is given. Details below in the section Cookies and measurement.
Vercel Inc. - hosting and delivery of the site
Public authorities - only where required by law

I do not pass your data on to third parties for the purposes of their own marketing and I do not sell it.

The fonts used on this site are hosted directly on this server, so loading a page does not transfer your IP address to any third party.

Some of the processors listed may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or on an adequacy decision.

Cookies and measurement

Without your consent no cookies other than the necessary ones are stored. You give consent in the bar on your first visit and you can change it at any time.

Necessary

They provide the basic functions of the site and store your choice about cookies. They cannot be turned off - without them the site would not work. Your decision is stored in the browser's local storage under the key ts_consent_v1.

Optional

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. It shows me how many people visit the site and which pages they read. The data is aggregated.

Microsoft Clarity. It records the course of a visit - mouse movement, scrolling, clicks - and turns that into heat maps and replayable session recordings. It helps me see where people get lost on the site.

Clarity automatically masks the content of form fields, so what you type into the form does not end up in the recording. Without your consent it does not run at all.

Optional

Marketing

Measuring advertising effectiveness and remarketing. They make it possible to connect a visit to the site with the ad you came through.

The site uses Google Consent Mode v2 - until you give consent, measurement runs in anonymous mode without storing identifiers.

Your rights

In connection with the processing you have the right:

Of access - to find out what data about you I process
To rectification - to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
To erasure - to request deletion, where there are no legal grounds for keeping the data
To restriction of processing - to request that processing be temporarily suspended
To object - to processing based on legitimate interest
To data portability - to obtain the data in a machine-readable format
To withdraw consent - at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing
To lodge a complaint - with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.cz
